Welcome to Franklin, Ohio.  Franklin was found in 1796 and was named for Benjamin Franklin.  Franklin sits on the northwest corner of Warren County and the Great Miami River runs though the area.  Franklin has easy access to Dayton and Cincinnati.  It's a great place to live because of the vicinity to both cities.

Being located close to several major state parks makes Franklin popular.  Check out Hueston Woods State Park to the west, Caesar's Creek to the east, Fort Ancient to the southeast and Little Miami State Park.  If the kids want to be on rides,

Paramount's Kings Island and The Beach Waterpark is about a 20-30 minute drive.  Over Labor Day weekend Franklin celebrates the Riverdays Festival.
