SENIOR LIVING

 

Adults over the age of 50, represent more than 20% of the U.S. population.  For many senior adults, their home is their largest asset and accounts for most of their net worth.

 

As the oldest daughter of aging parents I understand well the challenges of the parents and the adult children.  Many times the needs are different.  The parents want to remain independent & the kids want to make sure their parents are safe & have their needs met. 

 

I have become very interested and concerned in the needs of our Senior population.  As a Realtor, over the years I have enjoyed listening and learning from those who have gone before me.  As a youngster I used to think "what do they know?"  Today, I think differently.  I have found they have the experience and wisdom to pass on to us, if we would only listen.

 

This section of the website is being created as a place to find answers that you may have regarding Senior living and how real estate may be involved. 

 

The Dayton area has many fine places such as Adult Day Cares, Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes.
